About Your Instructor

Archbishop E. Bernard Jordan is a globally recognized prophetic voice, spiritual architect, and visionary leader. Called to prophesy at age 15, he gained national prominence by 24 and has since become known to millions as the Master Prophet.

He founded Zoe Ministries in 1983, which has flourished into a thriving prophetic church community committed to advancing the Kingdom of God. A pioneer in ministerial training, he launched the School of the Prophets in 1985 and later established the Prophetic Order of Mar Elijah, raising and equipping emerging prophetic voices.

In 1990, Zoe Ministries became part of Pilgrim Assemblies International under the oversight of Bishop Roy E. Brown. During the Fifth Holy Convocation in 1994, then Elijah Bernard Jordan was consecrated to the sacred office of Bishop by Bishop Brown and appointed Second Assistant to the Presiding Bishop, serving on the Executive Board to help lead and expand the work of Pilgrim Assemblies. His consecration as a Cabinet Bishop marked a defining moment in his prophetic ministry, solidifying his leadership mantle and expanding his influence as a spiritual architect within the wider Body of Christ.

In July 2016, he was elevated to the Office of Archbishop by His Eminence Archbishop Roy E. Brown. In 2024, he launched the Zoe Fellowship of Churches, further expanding his global vision for unified, Spirit-led ministry.

Archbishop Jordan is a forward-thinking innovator at the intersection of faith and technology, having developed the Tarumah app and other fintech tools to advance digital giving and biblical stewardship in the church. In May 2025, he founded the Jordan Institute of Technology and Digital Theology on the campus of Virginia Union University, creating a historic platform for training the next generation of spiritual leaders in theological excellence and digital fluency.

He holds a B.S. from Kepler College, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry from Virginia Union University. As a prolific author, his body of work includes the New York Times bestseller The Laws of Thinking, as well as The Prophetic Brain, Cosmic Economics, Spiritual Protocol, and the forthcoming The Contemplative Path to Prophetic Witness.

He shares his life and ministry with Pastor Debra Jordan, his wife of 46 years and fellow Master of Divinity graduate. She serves as Chief Financial Officer of Zoe Ministries. Together, they are proud parents of five children, twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
